As the owner of Bardolino... we think this the best place to base yourself to explore the wonders of Lake Garda. Highlights for us were the weekly market and the Bardolino Philarmonic Choir and Orchestra who play outside the old church on a weekly basis (they even do a bit of Frank Sinatra!).
Other highlights around the lake are the ancient roman ruins at Sirmeone and the cable card ride at Malcesni to the top of Monte Balde - amazing views!
