Favourites Spain look a good bet with Brazil, Germany, Italy and Argentina also having good teams to win. You can never right off the French and the Netherlands but fingers crossed this year will be the year for England to bring home the World Cup.

England have not lifted the current World Cup having won the tournament in 1966 the trophy was then called the Jules Rimet Trophy which was lifted by captain Bobby Moore. Let's hope Rio Ferdinand (Scrap that, Gerrard) can lift the World Cup at the end of the competition this year!!!!
