Clevedon is a town in North Somerset and has a rough population of around 23,000 people.

Tash Can you walk all the way along the coast from !Portishead to !Clevedon? If so how long do you think it takes?

Clevedon Hi Tash this is a lovely thing to do and it's surprisingly close. Depending on where in Clevedon and Portishead you start/finish from/at it should take a couple of hours. great for dog walking, or just to watch the ships going up and down the channel. Try and pick a nice day though!!

Clevedon Looks like there could be another supermarket in Clevedon as rumours are ASDA have just bought the FOCUS DIY store on Strode Road. ASDA, Tesco and Morrisons all in one small town could get interesting!

Clevedon I think the whole recycling thing is actually working quite well now. We were all against it at first but have to say quite pleased with how everything seems to be running!
Ramsay I agree, since the trouble a month ago we haven't had problems
Getting annoyed though at people using our empty recycling box as a bin! ;@
Tash The !Portishead recycling system only seems to have just caught up from !Christmas!!

Clevedon Thank goodness the refuse chaps have managed to catch up and take huge amounts of surplus rubbish from the Christmas period. We're very lucky in Clevedon that our refuse guys aren't as pedantic as in most of the big city's.

Clevedon Roadworks all over Clevedon, specific problem areas are bottom of Holly Lane which we believe is for gas works, and also the top of Holly Lane, so no easy cut through. Also be careful of the recent trench filled in on Castle Road that is like an inverted speedbump. This has been reported to the council.
