keele is a beautiful village situated in North Staffordshire with a population of 3,666 according to the 2001 census. It is roughly 3 miles west of the town of newcastle-under-lyme and is neighboured with the village of Silverdale.

It is probably most famous for 3 things:
- Keele University
- Keele Services (situated roughly halfway between Birmingham and Manchester on the M6)
- featuring in the Uk "here and now" edition of Monopoly

Interesting fact - the name Keele comes from the anglo-saxon Cy-hyll = "cow-hill"!!

Joe With all the student bars around campus trying to shift the last of there stock, now is the time to get on over, with £1 a drink at some bars and even a rumour of £4 all you can drink at another! Crazy times!

Joe It's actually a free event for !Keele Students, because we won Student Scrabble Competition. Amazing considering the size of our University :) Unfortunately I won't be there, but should be really... lol

StevieBibs Sorry for extremely late response LadyZub! I''ve really been slacking on the zubworld front! the building in the background is Keele Hall, a 19th century grade II listed mansion, surrounded by fields and a lake on keele university campus. An awesome place to sit outside, chill and revise, especially when sunny :)

Joe !Keele Kube fest was incredible, Mr. Hudson sang three songs and gave out free shots to most of the front row, lethal bizzle got everyone buzzing, although it wasn't very busy because of the clash with the AU ball everyone who went still had an amazing time!!

Joe Tomorrow Keele has High contrast at the Union playing at Kube fest, Sunday is lethal bizzle and Mr.Hudson, rumour is being spread that Kanye west may be performing with him, but I think it is a viscous rumour, if not, I for one CANNOT WAIT!!!
